What is Presence?

Presence is a service that combines multiple location triggers, including geolocation data and/or Bluetooth beacons, to create a reaction-based digital environment at your event. This keeps attendees informed as they move through the event and provides event producers with never-before-seen insights into audience behavior. Throughout and after the event, we process attendee data and produce a visual report that pairs results and key metrics with festival insights to help optimize your marketing, sponsorship, and operational efforts.

What is a Geofence?

A geofence is a virtual barrier anchored by a latitude and longitude point and a radius.  When a device detects the geofence through location-based services, it can trigger an alert or action on the device.
