Presence Dictionary

Presence User: The number of Users that interacted with the Presence system at any point during the deployment.

Presence Opt-In Rate: The number of Presence Users divided by the Total Active App Users During the Event.

Sighting: One sighting is one interaction between the Presence system and an individual device. A good way to think of this is as the total number of data points collected through Presence.

Average Messages Per User: The average number of Proximity Messages received by Users that were on-site and enabled Presence Messaging.

Unique Device Count: The total number of individuals that interacted with the Presence system at the specified location.

Average Dwell Time: The average amount of time that an individual Presence User spends at the specified location during one visit.

Repeat Visitors: The percentage of Presence Users that visit the specified location more than once.

Events - Unique Device Count: The total number of individuals that interacted with the Presence system at the specified event.

Events - Average Dwell Time: The average amount of time that an individual Presence User spends at the specified event.

Events - Audience Ratio: The percentage of total Presence Users that were on-site during the Event that attended that Event.

Average Events Added Per User: The average number of Events that an individual app User added to their "My Schedule".

Highest Indexing Artists: The Artists with the highest number of Schedule Adds, separated by the operating system of the User's device (iOS or Android).
