Feature - Settings
The settings wheel is present in the top right corner of every Aloompa app and serves many purposes, including:
- App Support: Users can Contact us with any app-related issues. Monitoring their feedback allows us to see when problems are occurring and address them quickly.
- Notification Details: Users configure the types of notifications they would like to receive from your app during what we call their onboarding (when they first open your app) but can revisit their selections here at any point in time.
- Optimize your app setup: If your event is utilizing location services to track or send notifications to attendees on-site, users can configure their preferences here in addition to their initial app onboarding.
