Scheduled Push Notifications

Prepare all your push notifications in advance and schedule them to send at specified times. If you know that a secret show will be announced during the festival, there’s no need to have access to a computer. Set up the alert before the festival begins to push out at the time and date you choose.

Push Tags

Use Push Tags to categorize push notifications into relevant, custom channels of communication, such as Schedule Changes, Emergencies, Special Offers, and Meet & Greets. App users can opt into the categories of push notifications they would like to receive.

Deep Link Push Notifications

Connect app users directly to a page in the app or on the web. Want to call out an important new feature? Educate fans on the benefits and start adoption before the festival kicks off. Want to call out a special performance? Announce it via push and link right to the performance page with all the details. Want to give your sponsors props? Send out a thank you message with a direct link to your app’s sponsors page. The possibilities are endless.

All push notifications are conveniently stored right on the home page. A subtle red dot alerts users if they have missed any updates.
