Question: What is Trello?
Answer: Trello is the project management system we use to help keep the many aspects of your app development process organized and on track. Client Support will send you a link to a Trello board once you are transferred from the sales team. On your Trello board, you will find “cards” that ask you questions. These questions give us the information we need to begin the development of your mobile app.
Question: What other platforms does Aloompa integrate with?
Answer: We currently support integration with AXS, Ticketmaster, MapsPeople, CrowdConnected, and Saffire.
Question: Do you support TikTok?
Answer: Yes! As of June 2022 we now support TikTok within Performers AND the Socials section of your app.
Question: I received an email from Apple saying something was revoked. Should I be worried?
Answer: Nope! As long as we are the administrators on your account, we've got it covered. When we are added as admin users, we receive the same notifications you do and take the necessary action.
For context, if the API Key is revoked, this only impacts our ability to ship the app to the store. If the APNS key is revoked, push notifications will not work until we generate a new APNS key and add it to the app.
If we are not administrators on your account and you receive a notification that either the API Key or APNS key was revoked, please revoke our access to your app and add us again then send us the details again. Question: I received an email from Apple saying that my distribution certificate is going to expire. Do I need to download the new certificate and install the keychain access as the email says?
Answer: Nope! Feel free to ignore this email. The keychain access is only used when we upload the app for shipment. Our automation generates this key when we ship your app so no action is required from you if you receive this email.
