AXS Integration

The Aloompa platform supports integration with AXS, allowing your app users to access their tickets directly in your Aloompa app.

The Client Support team will assist in this integration. To kick things off, we just need the name and email address of your main contact at AXS. We'll handle everything else from there. 


Notes:

  • This integration does not support ticket purchasing. Only viewing tickets that have already been purchased. 
  • By default, a customer will see all tickets they have purchased from AXS in their account. The list of tickets is not filtered to only apply to the event the app is for. If you prefer that the AXS SDK filters to only the venue associated with your event, please coordinate that with you AXS contact.
  • Due to app store rules, and the nature of the AXS SDK, integration requires two separate buttons for your customers. One to access "My Tickets" and another to "My Account." While the "My Tickets" button will take the consumer through a login process to access their tickets, the "My Account" button will allow the customer to modify or delete their AXS account.
