Challenges - Extra Step Type - Survey Questions

You have the option to include Survey Questions with each individual Challenge. This is a great opportunity for a Challenge Sponsor to engage the guests. For example, if Pepsi was the sponsor they could ask guests for their favorite type of Pepsi product. The results of this survey are then made available within the Challenge CSV.

These survey questions are fully customizable. If you choose to use them, keep these fields in mind:

Name: This will not appear to guests

Description: This will appear at the top of the form submission page

Field Type: These are flexible options, choose what is best for the type of data you wish to collect

Be sure you always have a "Submit Button" at the bottom of any form fields. Otherwise, guests won't be able to complete the survey.
