How long does it take for apps to become available in the Google Play and iOS stores?

Once you approve the build of your mobile app then our team will begin the process of preparing your app for shipment to the app stores. This process can take up to a week.

Once shipped to the app stores, it can take Apple and Google up to two weeks to approve your app. Upon approval, then your app will be ready for release. Client Support will release your app to be available for download within the stores.

Because your app will ultimately be available to users around the world on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, there can be a delay between us clicking the "Release" button and when the app becomes available for download in the stores. Sometimes this delay is only a few minutes, but occasionally it can take up to twenty-four hours for your app to populate in both stores for all users. We recommend releasing your app at least a day prior to any marketing pushes or promotions you have planned in conjunction with your event's app release.
